The swimming pool turbines

The four flood-lit masts in the Tony-Bertrand swimming pool, 30 metres high and located on the banks of the Rhône, are dressed up for the occasion.

The light designer Sébastien Lefèvre has covered them in 2.800m of luminous wire, transforming them into moving turbines, visible from the heights of Fourvière and the Croix-Rousse.

To best enjoy the performance, accompanied by a piece of music by Nicolo Paganini for violin, try the other side of the river, at the place Antonin Poncet jetty in the centre of town.
