Profile

After living in Bangkok Thailand for 12 years l had a feeling that it was time for a new adventure. I was still in love with the glittering temples, idyllic islands and street food; but for some unexplainable reason France was calling me. So l packed up my life in Asia, picked Lyon off the map and just turned up in France. So here l am. I’m a passionate teacher of yoga and love guiding my students so they too benefit from the practice. I heard about This is Lyon through a friend who’d also written an article and so l decided that it would be good to get involved in my Lyonnais life as much as possible by contributing.
