Laura Bertoni, 26, Italian. I am a recent CELTA graduate, having passed my course in December 2018. My family comes from Rome, however, I consider Milan to be my adoptive home. I chose to do my course in Lyon because my parents are currently living here and I have to say that I don't regret my choice at all, as Lyon has so much to offer! I am currently working as an events hostess at different events and trade shows, teaching Italian to a friend and writing articles, before going to work as an EFL teacher this summer at a camp in the UK. I enjoy going to the theatre, anything Shakespeare-related, good food and trying out new restaurants, live music, writing, and working out at the gym (I'm becoming a gym-a-holic!) I decided to join This is Lyon because I used to enjoy writing articles and reviews since University, and wanted to get back into it.
