La Ruée des Fadas brings mud, water, and costumes to the park
Dress up in your best costume and craziest makeup for the Ruée des Fadas obstacle course at the Grand Parc de Miribel Jonage on September 23.
The biggest obstacle course in France offers 8km of 40 mud and water obstacles for racers to tackle alone or in teams, all while heavily costumed.
“Fadas” will take on the course, called “A l’assaut du Pays des Gônes,” in waves of 250 every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Festivities are waiting at the end, with dancing, food and aperitifs, bouncy castles and makeup stands for kids from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
There is no minimum or maximum of team members, but all participants must be over the age of 18, or 16-18 with a parent’s permission. Dogs are welcome along for the ride, but must be leashed.
