This year the festival includes DJ sets and concerts with music as varied as traditional songs to electro and jazz. Food and drink will be provided by local producers.
It all kicks off July 7, with storytelling, flamenco from the trio Forasteros, and Haratago, a concert featuring traditional Basa Ahaide from the Pays Basque. Then, on July 21, join the Tribu Hérisson for a “Concert sous casque,” followed by the jazz group J’Atell and the English duo Too Many Monkeys.
On August 25 attendees can learn an Arab song and listen to Chems’s set list from Maghreb and the Middle East. Wrapping it up on September 1 is a workshop giving an intro to Dabké, a Middle Eastern folklore dance, followed by Palestinian Al Hannouneh and Dj Cherif’s Lyon-grown hip-hop.
