After gaining a (pathetic) B grade in GCSE French and later working as an editor and writer at a magazine in London for two years I have moved to Lyon to experience a new culture and – attempt to – improve my language skills. Too scared to cycle, too thrifty to take the metro – I’ve ended up walking through and across most of the city and hope to share what I’ve seen and discovered, here with you.
