The International Beaujolais Marathon is soon going to be winding its way through the vineyards of Villefranche-sur-Saône from 22nd – 24th November. Here are all the essentials before you slip on your trainers.

The International Marathon of Beaujolais at Villefranche-sur-Saône is one of the best fun races in France. This event brings together 18.000 of runners in the vineyards north of Lyon to celebrate the arrival of the Beaujolais Nouveau, on the 3rd weekend of November.

How to register for the International Marathon of Beaujolais?

Do it on-line – it’ll be cheaper. https://www.marathondubeaujolais.org/
And remember to register for all events if you want to take part in them (Pasta Party, the Saturday evening do, Georges Duboeuf on the Sunday etc.).
