The International Marathon of Beaujolais at Villefranche-sur-Saône is one of the best fun races in France. This event brings together 18.000 of runners in the vineyards north of Lyon to celebrate the arrival of the Beaujolais Nouveau, on the 3rd weekend of November.
How to register for the International Marathon of Beaujolais?
Do it on-line – it’ll be cheaper. https://www.marathondubeaujolais.org/
And remember to register for all events if you want to take part in them (Pasta Party, the Saturday evening do, Georges Duboeuf on the Sunday etc.).
If you don’t want to pay on-line, then you’ll have to pay that little bit extra when you get there on the Thursday or Friday to pick up your bib number.
