From June 15th to 18th, refugee chefs take possession of restaurant kitchens in Lyon, on the occasion of the third European Refugee Food Festival.
This citizens‘ initiative has been created last year by the association Food Sweet Food, and co-organized by the United Nations High Commissionner for Refugees.
For a few days, the inhabitants of a dozen cities in Europe have their taste buds awaken discovering cuisines from all over the world.
Here in Lyon, the chefs of the capital of French gastronomy entrust their kitchen to Syrian, Bangladeshi, Ethiopian, Albanian confirmed cooks and so on…
Come and taste the very best of world cuisines (from 20 to 50 €), and experience an amazing intercultural sharing with chefs who bet on cooking to succeed in their social and professional integration.
